VIRUS, SPYWARE, MALICIOUS-WARE,
ROOT-KIT, & AD-WARE REMOVAL:
Upon diagnosis of your infected
computer either one of two procedures
will be implemented to disinfect,
correct and clean your infected computer
problem:
PROCEDURE #1:
1. FREE COMPUTER HARDWARE
DIAGNOSTICS: We will perform
comprehensive hardware diagnostic tests
on your motherboard, Random Access
Memory chips (RAM), and the Hard Disc
Drive on your computer.
If there is a problem with your computer
hardware we will notify you immediately.
If there are hardware problems with the
computer, we understand that you would
not want to invest in virus disinfection
service or a full-restore of your
operating system. At this point, you
will NOT be charged for anything!
If the hardware diagnostics check out
okay; then we will run
eight (8) different anti-infection
programs over your system hard drive
to disinfect your computer system of
computer viruses, spyware,
malicious-ware, root-kit infections,
and/or ad-ware.
This generally takes up to 6 to 7
hours.
If the scans do not
correct the problem then we will go
to PROCEDURE #2.
PROCEDURE #2: FULL WINDOWS®
OPERATING SYSTEM RESTORE:
We will perform a FULL WINDOWS®
OPERATING SYSTEM RESTORE on your
computer. This procedure includes:
1. We sill save the data from your
computer in MY DOCUMENTS (photos,
I-TUNES ((music)), Word®, Excel®, and
other document type files),
files from your DESKTOP & FAVORITES onto
an external backup hard drive at our
facility;
2. Perform the full-Windows®
operating system restore on your
computer system.
3. Run anti-virus over your saved
data and return it to your computer.
4. Upload the latest Microsoft updates
and service pack (if needed).
5. Load on and configure free anti-virus
software to help protect you from
further infections.
We will do whatever it takes to
disinfect your system and bring it back
to how it was when you first took it
out-of-the-box when it was brand new at
the flat-rate price as listed!

COMPUTER PICKUP & DELIVERY
SERVICE: CSUSA will come to your
place of business or home and pickup
your computer or laptop to bring
back to our repair facility for
repair at our flat-rate repair
prices. After repair is completed
at our facility, we will then return the computer
re-wire and set
it up for you. This fee does not
include the cost for the repair.
CSUSA limits this service to
the geographical areas of Evergreen
Park, IL, Oak Lawn, IL, Homewood, IL
and the Chicago
neighborhoods of Mt. Greenwood and
Beverly Hills.
This is a much more economical way to
have your computer repaired and serviced
rather than with an "on-site" service
call by the hour. |
